<title>[RWD] [120-130] [1968] Headlight Question -posted by- 68Brick</title>
<description>Hey Brickboard,

I am hoping you can help me out here ... My headlights were working fine this morning, and then after an afternoon cruse they stopped working. The parking lights front and back work, as does everything else electrical in the car. If I hit the high beams, they flash but don&#x27;t stay on ... so only my low beams are out? The fuses are good, the bulbs look good, and it looks as though all the wiring is where it should be. Any thoughts on why my headlights are out?

Thanks in advance.

<title>[RWD] [200] [1991] Weird Vibration/Shudder at Low Speed? -posted by- 68Brick</title>
<description>Hey Brickboard,

I&#x27;ve got an interesting vibration in my wagon. It only appears at speeds lower than 30kph (18.5mph), with or without braking, on soft acceleration, when slowing by coasting, and feels like it starts at the back of the car and then shudders all the way to the front. I know the wheels are balanced and my brakes are fairly new, so I am assume that I can rule those out. So I&#x27;m left guessing ... driveshaft center support bearing?? I don&#x27;t know.

Before taking it to the shop ... what do you think I should be looking at? Thanks in advance.

BTW, it&#x27;s got 340,000kms on the clock.

<title>[RWD] [120-130] A simple SU Carb tuning question... -posted by- 68Brick</title>
<description>Right now the car in question is running well (B18 with dual SU&#x27;s), but we&#x27;d like to lean it out just a little. Without starting from scratch and counting flats on the adjustment screw, I&#x27;d like to turn the screw towards lean, slightly ... so which way is it?

If I am standing on the passanger side of the car, looking at the carbs, from above, what way do I turn the adjustment screw towards lean?

Clockwise or Counterclockwise?

Thanks in advance.

<title>[RWD] [120-130] [1968] Dificulty starting after a short trip -posted by- 68Brick</title>
<description>OK, so last year we added a 68 122 coupe to our family, and it has an odd problem. If the car is driven for a short distance (20 minutes - hr), is then shut off, and then if we try and restart it after 1/2 hr or so it will not start. It will crank over fine, but not fire. If we push start the car (push &#x26; drop clutch in 2nd) it will fire and run. I&#x27;m thinking maybe the coil is getting old, or the fuel pickup in the tank is funky, or maybe it&#x27;s time the upgrade to an alternator.

Does anyone have an idea on what might be going on?

The car has a B18, with freshly &#x26; professionally rebuilt carbs, a new fuel pump and a good battery.

Thanks for your help.

<title>[RWD] [200] [1991] 245 Rear Wiper Motor Style Change? -posted by- 68Brick</title>
<description>Does anyone know when the style of rear wiper motor and running gear changed for the 240 wagon? I&#x27;ve got a 91, and older styles look different.

Also, my wiper works fine when the blade is lifted off the glass, but moves very slowly and sometimes stops when the blade is against the glass. Is this a sign of a dying motor?
