<title>[AWD] radiator fan stays on after car shuts off  - Help -posted by- misldad</title>
<description>the check engine light showed the code for the ECT sensor.  The ect sensor show the engine temp at -40 degrees.  I put in a new one sensor and t stat from Volvo and now it shows the temp at 360 degrees.  The check engine light popped back on and the fan stays on after turning off car.  I replaced the sensor again thinking it was defective and the second one fried. any ideas?</description>

<title>[AWD] [V70] 2000 V70 acceleration &#x27;burp&#x27; -posted by- misldad</title>
<description>Below I posted a similar situation with my 2002 v70.  I called Volvo and they said this is common, this transmission has a neutral feature to save gas and wear on the tranny.  When it engages sometimes it does it with a clunk or jerk.  They said thsi can be solved with a software update.  This update is standard in the  2003 model  good luck with your car</description>
