You guys probably all know me...well this is my old car, and I can say in case there is any doubt that this car is damn GOOD. Even though I do say it myself, the amount of time and money and expertise that has been invested in this car between the work I did converting it and the additional work Ed has done since then, make it worth WAY more than he is asking for it (maybe you remember that my starting price, without all the interior upgrades Ed has done since I sold him the car, was $12k!). I'd estimate that the car probably has a good $20,000 in it now. As far as how it turns out in person, it really is astonishingly fast, it really does work better than a stock Volvo, it really does have absolutely no rust, it really does look/ride/handle/feel excellent, and it really does sound like a hot offshore powerboat.
Of course I have no stake in what happens to this car, so you can trust me when I say this is the best V8 Volvo you'll find at this price. Hope it goes to another Volvo nut...it's been fun hearing about the car's development in its second life.
