Sell or Restore? Testing the waters

My 84 245 wagon's body has fully succumbed to terminal rust. There isn't a single unperforated panel! Still drives great and all mechanicals are shipshape. 1990 5.0 was rebuilt, balanced and tricked out in 2001 with GT40 heads, Cobra intake, ceramic-coated headers, new "world-class" T5, LSD rear, 3" exhaust, etc., you get the picture. Corbeau buckets, IPD sways, solid end links, Bilsteins, 16" Mille Miglia wheels, killer sound system, cold AC, everything works except the wipers recently quit.

I need to get it dynoed. Seat of pants says it would dust my 200 whp Miata.

I am trying to choose between selling it as-is or finding a clean 245 to give it a 2nd life. Initial search for a rust-free 245 looks challenging.

Would anyone here be interested in the package and what would you offer? I recently drove a BMW 245iT with an M3 motor and it wasn't even in the same league.

Thanks for your input.
