Best Volvo for V8 swap

Please excuse the newbism in the following question. This is a very subjective question. I have a gen I SBC with around 400 hp coupled to a muncie m21 that I want to swap into a Volvo. My dilema, which car do I choose:

240: classic look, light weight, cable clutch(can be substituted to 260 hydraulic clutch), solid differential;
740: not as good looking(in my opinion), about the same weight, hydraulic clutch setup, solid diff;
760: just as butt ugly as a 740, 300 lbs heavier, but independant rear suspension.

What are your thoughts?
