READ ONLY    PRINT   SAVE  240 SBC HEADERS ? posted by  someone claiming to be TPI240 on  Sun Mar 22 05:51 CST 2009 [RELATED] LET ME START BY SAYING,I HAVE A 1990 240 350 SBC WITH TPI.I BUILT IT WITH HELP FROM THE JTR BOOK.I'M CURRENTLY RUNNING THE STOCK CAST IRON EXHAUST MANIFOLDS.I WOULD LIKE TO PUT ON A BETTER FLOWING EXHAUST.DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE ARE A SET OF HEADERS THAT WILL FIT WITHOUT TOO MUCH MODIFACATION? Under $100 if I recall correctly. Probably not much better than cast iron as far as flow and performance, but they fit just fine, especially with a gear reduction starter, and the LT1 oil filter adapter.
