Cookie Troubles

If you are seeing problems on this site, it is more than likely due to cookie trouble. Your browser could be rejecting cookies from this site. This is a per-browser guide to fixing the trouble.

Your browser is identified as: CCBot/1.0 (+http://www.commoncrawl.org/bot.html)

Netscape 7, Firefox, and Mozilla Users

• Open the Cookie Manager (Tools Menu:Cookie Manager:Manage Stored Cookies)
• If you don't care about keeping cookies for other sites, simply select Remove All Cookies.
• Otheriwse locate any cookie with the name brickboard.
• Make sure you get all that say brickboard.

Internet Explorer Users

• Close your browser.
• Do a search for brickboard. You should find some matches in a folder named Cookies.
• Delete any match you find in the folder Cookies.
• Make sure to get them all.
• Open your browser and proceed as usual.

Netscape Users (versions 4 and under)

The first step is to close your browser. Please write these instructions down before proceeding.

• Close your browser.
• Find your cookies.txt file.
  • Mac users will find this in System Folder:Preferences:Netscape:Users.
  • Windows users should find it in C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\username (C: should equal your root drive letter)
• If you don't care about keeping cookies for other sites, simply throw this file away.
• If you want to preserve other cookies, open cookies.txt in a text editor.
• Locate any line that has brickboard mentioned in it. E.g., www.brickboard.com FALSE/FALSE 10....
• Make sure you get them all.
• Open your browser and proceed as usual.
