Follow-Up on quality of aftermarket turn signal lamps. 900

Last week I ordered a set of $29.99 front turn signal assemblies from lampsandlenses.com off ebay as apposed to about $85, after disounts, for a set of Volvo OEM assemblies from my dealer.

They arrived on Friday and I put them in this weekend. They were missing the caps for the vents so I just tranfered them from the old assemblies. They also didn't have the strip of foam rubber that cushions the back end against the fender so I peeled off the old ones and used double sided tape to put them on the new assemblies. Otherwise they seemed fine. The sockets fit and the assemblies fit the car well. I put some dialectric grease on the socket "O" rings to ensure a good seal. Overall, I'm happy with new looking lights that saved me about $90.
