When you pulled the cruise from the other 89 you should have pulled the harness with it. It all comes out pretty easy except for the wire and vacuum hose that goes to the vacuum resevoir in the engine compartment. 90 and later 240s use a different setup and they are prewired (this cruise can be used on an 89 with a little custom wiring).
