Question on replacing the center support bearing 200 1990

"I can go to a shop and ask them to use a hydraulic press...."

Naahhh....

Tap it on carefully using a brass hammer or a brass drift punch. You'll know when it seats because of the sound. Tap one side, then the other, then back, etc., etc., lightly, lightly, a bit at a time.
