If there was side to side movement at 3 and 9 it could be one issue or the other or both.. but you would have to fix one and come back and retest to verify additional issues. On tire off the ground at a time to check Ball joints. I would use a Floor jack under the 'A" arm so the suspension stays 'loaded' to get an accurate reading as to what's going on...if anything.
