RWD - Still having Speedo/Odo problem

Still having Speedo/Odo problem 200 1989

I checked all the connections at the sensor and the trunk. The problem is that the wiring harness "disappears" for a while on it way to the trunk, so there's no way to check there. As I said in the introduction, the speedo works great in the 1st 5 minutes and then quickly deteriorates away. I'm not sure why the temperature underneath would affect any of the connections.
