Nice! To save the picture, get the large version on screen by clicking the thumbnail, then right-click on the large version and select "Save Picture As". This will give you an opportunity to save the picture in the location you want, with the filename you want. Don't mess with the ".JPEG" extension in the "save as type" box - leave it as-is when you type in the filename.
