Wing mirrors - re-colouring 200 1992

The colorant is in the plastic, so, dye.

I used dark gray dye on the lower door trim molding and it looks great, so I'd imagine that black dye would work as well on the (formerly) black bits. But in the past I have had excellent results from using plastic/vinyl-safe spray paints, so your mileage may vary.

Also, clean the plastic with IPA (99% isopropanol) or some other non-oily cleaner before dyeing/painting.
