I am thinking of trying a gm LSx type motor into a v90. (Hoping to find one of the variable displacement motors for the swap). I have seen the info on the 240 swaps and some people have done it in a 740. Not sure I have seen info on the V90. I have some questions -was hoping someone here might know. Is the engine bay bigger than in the 4 cyl based cars? Is the V90 differential up to the increased power? Is the trans tunnel big enough for a GM automatic? Does the steering rack need to be moved? What are the key clearance issues you found? Any other information or guideance would be welcome. The other thing is that for whatever reason companies like IPD do not stock as many performance part for the V6 cars - not sure why. What companies market performance sway bars or breaks for them? I am hoping to find a nice green V90 with a charcoal interior. I dont even know if they made that combo. Tom -
