Sorry that doesn't narrow it down much more than that, but what color is the car, and is it a manual or automatic? Does it have new premium shocks, swaybars, bushings, etc. Has the wiring loom been done? These kind of things a potential buyer will want to know, and will obviously affect the price. If I didn't already have three 245s to ressurect, I'd probably want one more! Good luck on your sale, they are neat cars, but you probably have already discoverd that.
