Where is the Constant Idle Speed Control Unit located on my '84 240 w/B23? 200

Hi, I got to thinking about what you all were telling me and I looked at the wiring diagram again and found that they do show that the ('92 green) wire connects to terminal #16 on the ('84's)ECU. The ('92 gray/red) wire connects to the ('84 red) wire on the back of the round connector that goes on the back of the instrument cluster. The diagram gives 2 options as to where the red wire goes. One was to the CIS cont. unit (if equipped) and the other is to that connector. So I got it wired up now. Thanks to everyone here for all of your help. I'd be lost withou you. Charles
