Charles,

Those two items (131 and 132 in '84 240 diagram) do apply to 1984 240s, but only those with K-Jet FI. In the U.S. that would be the Turbo 240s thru 1985.

The device that Ken C refers to is an A/C "Idle Speed Increase" solenoid on the throttle body idle speed adjuster.
On early B21s the solenoid bypassed additional air when activated by voltage from the compressor clutch circuit.
