If you take the upper and lower steering column covers off, you will find two screws that hold the turn signal and wiper control stalks to the column, this is where the wire ground. Make sure the screws are good and tight. jorrell -- 92 245 278K miles, IPD'd to the hilt, 06 XC70, 00 Eclipse custom Turbo setup...currently taking names and kicking reputations!
