I just pulled a 1975 exhaust off of a 164 yesterday and had similar contemplations. It's in pretty good shape. Let me know if you need it.
Offhand, the rear muffler looks the same as a 240, but the over axel setup and center resonator (not a cat) looks slightly different. I don't think it'll match up perfectly to that huge downpipe these came with.
