Where is the Constant Idle Speed Control Unit located on my '84 240 w/B23? 200 1984

Howdy Charles,

Goatman is correct, the 1984 B23 does not have a separate Constant Idle Speed circuit.

Go to www.k-jet.org and get a copy of TP30427-1, LH-Jetronic Green Book. It shows every component in the system and where to find it.

In that book you will find that pin 16 of the ECU monitors the A/C panel switch. There should be a red wire connected between the two.
