Temp gauge problems 120-130

It's not on the ELECTRICAL schematic because it is not electric.
Being a vapor pressure instrument you would expect it to have leaked and thus read low but for some reason some of them read high.
You should get a real, live thermometer you trust and when it gets "hot", see what the REAL temp is.
