Not sure where it is on your car. Probably mounted on the passenger side shock tower; there may be two there, the other being the fan relay. Relay is black and sealed around the base with silicone. You can use a short piece of insulated wire to "jump" the two heaviest wires in the radio suppression relay socket. If the car starts (injectors fire) you have found the problem.
