Boy was I wrong, It took me every bit of three hours. Two good things came out of this. My 245 came with a Black full rack that I took off and installed plugs. Some of the later 240 have just a 2 rail rack and I like the look. 1 car is fixed 2. I'm going to the yard and pull the rail rack in the morning.
