The hood was just a little bent and they did not replace it. When I tried to realign it to make it fit better the latch pin hooked on the radiator support and would not open. Remove the little splash shield between the bumper and the bottom of the radiator support. Pry or whack the latch pin so that it goes back to the center of the hole.
