Before I call tow truck tonight: Fuse! 200 1992

Ah, the fuse!

Life is so simple when it's just a fuse.

Following the sage advice of Jorrell and Ricko, I checked the brake lights, which were not working (though the warning light didn't signal that), and the fuse, which was blown.

Replaced fuse and it blew.

Replaced that one. Tried the brake lights first, in case water in there was messing things up. They worked and the fuse held up.

Used the release to shift out of Park. Then started the car in neutral and put it in Park, then out, and back and forth bunch of times. All ok, at least so far. Maybe it had something to do with 40 days and 40 nights of rain. I will report back if fuse keeps blowing.

Awesome.

In the mere 18 minutes it took Jorrell to come to the rescue under the threat of ill winds outside his house, I googled for info, b/c I needed to tow the car if there wasn't a quick fix. The stuff I saw out there was lame and confusing. There is nothing like brickboard and the fine people who make it what it is.
