Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" across the board.

Mounting the seats will require fabrication.

The wheels will fit *only* if it's the 5-bolt pattern (not 4), and even then you'll need to get some pretty expensive wheel spacers.

The sunroof I doubt will fit.

A better source for this stuff is a nice 740, 940, or early 960.
