I would say you need a B or A cam. The B is pretty popular in the US. It is found in the early B21F engine in the US. The A cam is a Canadian market cam and since Rhys has already offered I won't bother. I really don't think you need an adjustable gear. The B23F with automatic should have 10.3:1 compression I believe. That's plenty of compression to make the A or B sing along at 3500rpm without losing much bottom end...
