It seems to me that we are seeing some mistakes on parts from them But in most cases thay make good for it.I have been ordering from them for about 6 yrs. and only had 2 times when thay shipped the wrong part.But I have to say thay where quick to get me the correct part.I know we rely on getting the parts we order so we don't have to leave the car in the driveway untill the correct parts are arive.I have had the same problem buying from a local parts store and don't get the same respect as I do with FCP.I just had a problem with thr rear brake hose that turned out to be a problem with the vender thay used to supply them.The hose had the wrong fitting on one side So FCP shipped me 2 stainless steal braded hoses free.I think some times you just have to realize that some times SHIT HAPPENS.Some of the other parts supply places are alot worse.Just my 2 cents.Charlie
