Tire size must it be exact? 185 or 195 60 or 65? 1990 740 700 1990

Hey ok so i learned on here that...
740 Turbos with alloy wheels tire size= 195/60-15.
Normally aspirated 740GL with steelies= 185/65-15.

ok mine is non turbo and i guess steel rims?
can i put 195 or 185 can i use 60 or 65?
i found a nice set of used tires but they are 195/65 will this cause me problems?
im looking at 150.00 total vs 288.00 "new" plus tax,and landfill charges.

should i bite the bullet and go new? this is not my primary car but i dont want to do wrong just to save a buck

thank you wes
