Just use coat hanger wire to replace the broken wire. There should be a good description on how to do it in the archives somewhere. If the seat bottom is no longer giving support try to find a donor at a junkyard and use the passenger seat because it will have little wear. I was able to pick up a complete seat for $25 that I gutted for the foam.
