Just had this occur. Sonny boy commented that his brights didn't work. When I went out to look, it appeared that all the headlights didn't work. He's such a knucklehead.
Replaced the headlight relay that's located adjacent to the plastic coolant reserve/expansion tank with one from the JY and all is well. You might need to remove the holder for the expansion tank and slide it aside while you get to the two phillips screws that hold things on. With a properly operating relay, you should hear a resounding click when you switch from low to high beams.
I believe a trip to the JY may be in order.
