Strike One:
Took a 1984 245 in for a catalytic converter back replacement. They welded the whole system together, cutting off the flange on the header pipe!!! I really enjoyed this years later when I had to drop the ENTIRE exhaust system from the header on back to replace a rear main seal. Thanks Midas. I really mean that.
Strike Two:
Took the same 245 in for an alignment later since one of their mufflers also needed replacement. They gave me a really nice prinout of the alignment specs afterwards. However, the values were out of spec (wrong camber). Gave me a real song and dance until they looked up the specs in their database. Fortunatley the database was correct. Got my money back, but didn't have time to correct as daughter was driving back to college the next day out of state.
Strike Three:
Uh, fool me once and then fool me twice, you don't get a strike three.
