Headliner repair thoughts 700

You must have done something incorrectly for the 3-M stuff that they sent you to not have worked. It has stuck 100% on my car for over two years now. I only attempted this repair because three of my friends had done it. All of theirs are still up 100% with zero sagging. One has had his up now for six years and it looks good as new.

Sorry you had problems. I was warned that if I failed to clean off the old stuff VERY thoroughly that the new fabric could pull loose as the old junk would adhere to the new fabric but come loose from the backer board.
