Do you have my e-mail address? I really appreciate this. I am phasing out my steroids (hot damn!) which I think nobody thought I would be able to do, because nobody thought I would live so long. Still, it is a daunting task, and there are some side effects from ramping down, such as a headaches the frustration I was having trying to access the link that Klaus gave me. The side effects will go away in time, but in the meantime it is pure hell. My computer kept saying it was not found, and some times the link was printed over the previous page.
