There may be an easier solution than removing the relays. Remove the black felt panel above the driver's knees. Just turn the large black plastic fasteners 1/4 turn and pull them out. With a flashlight, find a trio of wires (Red,Green,Black) going across the space above, left to right. Near the steering column - usually to the left of it - the wires are joined in a white plastic connector. Pull this apart, and you have disconnected the signal wires from the switches in the driver's door that activate the relays. The relays themselves very rarely go wrong, but if the above action doesn't solve things, disconnect the relays from their plugs.
The root cause of this battery drain problem with the locks is usually due to one of the switch wires (the unlock or the lock signal) shorting out to ground and causing the corresponding relay to be constantly on. This wire short usually happens inside the driver's door, either right at the switches, or in the rubber bellows at the hinge point. Either way, the inner door panel needs to be removed for inspection, and the "proper" fix.
