That's for one, uno, 1. The one I needed, the bulb's leads are soldered to the metal connector plugs in the plastic holder, so it's not replaceable. I've pulled a number of the Blue bulbs - whether free-standing or in those holders - from the junkyard and the ratio of duds to good ones is about 10:1.
