Weird brake vibration/'thumping' noise 700 1987

I just replaced the front brakes two days ago on my '87 740 Turbo (with ABS) and just this morning I noticed a strange noise. When I get on the brakes I hear (and feel) a slight vibration or "thumping" coming from the driver's side
front wheel. It almost sounds as if I'm going over a concrete highway with seams that are really close together. The rotors (Scan Tech) were put on new last summer so I had them cut before I reused them. The calipers are rebuilt and came loaded. I also put on new hoses, bled the brake system, etc... When I first took the car out after finishing the job I didn't hear/feel anything. After driving it back to school (I was home for the weekend) 70 miles everything was still fine. However, the following day when I went to work I noticed the noise. Luckily I work at an ice rink so we have plenty of tools for maintanence. When I got there I pulled the front wheel off and checked the the caliper mounting bolts with a torque wrench, retightened the lugs, and everthing was fine. I took the car around the block for a test drive-no problem at all. It was wet out so I even got a chance to work the ABS-worked like a charm. Halfway through my drive home the noise started again. I am totally stumped now, any suggestions?

Thanks,

Matthew
