I was wondering if any rbickers have succesfully repaired any dinged-up aluminium part on your cars. I just got a new grille and removed the badge to pre for paint. I then noticed the difference in the quality of shine between the exposed badge stripe and the unexposed (behind badge). Is there a way to get the stone damaged areas to shne like new? I used a high speed cloth wheel and Eagle One chrome and aluminium polish, but it just looks hazy.
No more to tell on the cold start injector. I found a guy in Index, WA that has a few 164's that came with the property he purchased. I'm going to attemt ot get up there soon to pull some parts. I'll feek you all posted if there seems to be some good stuff in them.
