VIEW    READ ONLY    PRINT   SAVE   A    A  Hey MS'ers got a quick question 140-160 posted by  someone claiming to be kingcong on  Sun Apr 24 15:18 CST 2005 [RELATED] I've finally started my MS install and i'm trying to figure out the best placement for the IAT. I have the K&N cone on my D-jet intake which doesn't leave alot of room to mount it. I figure I have 2 options: 1. mount it in the chrome plate at the front of the cone filter, however I wonder if this area gets enough airflow for the sensor to function properly. 2. Mount it where the cold start valve is located on the intake manifold. I won't be needing that injector for MS. Would it get too warm here for the sensor to function properly?
