I'm trying to install it on our 1989 245 wagon. Near where it bolts up there is a piece of metal (maybe for a tow hook?)with a cut out circle. It's in the way of the bolt holes for the hitch. What's one to do? Also, I'm assuming that I need to just cut the plastic piece that runs the length of the bumper to fit the hitch?
