It has failed California emissions test for high NOx. My question is does this car have an EGR valve? If not is there some similar device that accomplishes this function on a California car? I can’t find it, and am wondering if turbos don’t have it for some reason. The FAQ points to the EGR as a major culprit for high NOx. If I don’t have an EGR what else should I look at?
