b20 head on a b18 block

Hello I have a burnt valve on my 65 122(b18b or d,how do I tell?). Will a head from a 73 1800es B20f fit and more importantly work well. Will the twin SU`s fit as well as the exaust manifold? does this head flow better?

Thanks
FYI I installed dodge diplomat wheels with 205/65/15 tires, looks good with no fitment problems.
