Volvo Trailer Hitch Wiring 700

I just finished installing a factory volvo trailer hitch on my 90 745. I bought the hitch used and it came with what looked like a factory wiring harness. The harness has plastic plugs which would appear to plug into the tailight wiring at some point. Is there an prewired adapter located somewhere in the vehicle harness or am I missing an adapter to splice into the harness?
Also, where is the best place to mount the wiring plug? The plug which accepts the trailer light plug is about 3 inches in diameter and has 3 mounting screws.
I was thinking about mounting in the hole left after removing the tow hook. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Aloha,
Mike H

Talk to the people at U-Haul...they will have the correct connector/adapter. cost about $30. comes with instructions...worked great on my 93 245 except for the bulb failure light that comes on with the brakes...black tape fixed that.
buena suerte,

could not read their own catalog.
