93 240 volvo wagon has had a new starter idle regulator, water pump and when it runs for an hours or so and is shut down for any reason it will not start until an hour or so later when it cools dowm.
Any ideas.

I spoke with John today, the issue is that the starter won't energize, so the issue is in the starting circuit.
