Art has a picture http://cleanflametrap.com/oilpan/images/oilpan53.jpg of a ZF rack on an 84. This image is described as "Equalizing vent, I guess."
I think my 93 has a Camgear rack, if that's possible, and these seem to have been replaced with what look like metal brake lines running from side to side of the rack.
