last visit: Mon Aug 24 15:12 CST 2009[RELATED]Check all the fuses and contacts at the fuse box. The old ceramic fuses are fragile--perhaps the impact busted one. Check and clean the connections at the starter post too. Also make sure the impact didn't dislodge one of the grounds, either battery to chassis or engine block to chassis (by the exhaust collector).
I would also suspect the starter itself. Driving the car 10 feet (perhaps even with the parking brake on) isn't what that starter likes doing on a daily basis, so perhaps it decided to take an early and permanent retirement. I believe there are ways to check the starter independently--check Haynes or www.sw-em.com

I don't mean to jump on a poster asking for help, but yours is a prime example of someone trying to help having to first get a bunch of info before being able to help....
How do you know battery is fine? Does motor CRANK OVER? After turning key to the IGN ON position and no further, do you hear the familiar sound of (electric)Fuel Pump running for a few seconds and bringing fuel rail up to pressure? (if not, bump into wall could have dislodged Fuel Pump Fuse5)

last visit: Mon Sep 7 20:30 CST 2009[RELATED]The multimeter test showed 12.4 volts at the battery, and it only drops to 12.1 when I turn to crank. I figured out the starter is getting 10.6 volts when I turn the key to START which rules out the ignition system supposedly. I'm going to try rocking the car back and forth some more today to see if I can get it to engage.
Car won't crank at all. When I turn the key to ON I get no sounds, nor do I when I put the key to START. Everything is absolutely quiet besides the accessories' relays clicking.
