940T using coolant, condensation coming out of vents, blown heater core, abnormal coolant system pressure 900 1994

Hello,

Great forum and have been away for a while but have used the FAQ to answer most questions over the past few years. I bought 1994 945T in February 2009 for my daughter to take to College in the fall. Great car in great shape and I am replacing parts to make sure it is "daughter ready" for her.

I recently have been driving it to and from work 20 miles round trip daily and it uses coolant over a period of 5 days. Last week when driving it and dealing with the A/C vents that are intermittent with air flow (I think due to a vacuum leak in a hose or other-still investigating), condensation, fog started to flow from the A/C vents when I accelerated even with Ice Cold A/C. I would continue to drive the car and then while caught in traffic the other day, the fog in the vents got worse and after making it home as I pulled into my driveway, it appeared that the somthing blew off steam (literally) and the windsheild fogged up and coolant actually leaked out of the A/C evaporator drain hole in the engine bay.

Questions/Facts of the Car I have are:

-Do I have a blown Heater Core? (Replaced all heater hoses in the winter time after one failed after I bought it.
-The engine runs rough when cold and idles rought but once warm, a small rough idle but has full power and all is good.
-Car uses no engine oil or tranny oil and all fluids have been changed
-I am suspicious of a blown head gasket or bad recovery tank cap due to the high coolant system pressure.
-Car only has 144K on her, real clean and a good runner, working some vacumm issues and also the cruis control does not work but not sure of the issue at this time.

Thanks to anyone/all who can address these issues, long term Brick Lover and want my kids in them. Once I get this one straight, it should be good for my middle kid.

Thanks,
