1997 960 will need shoes soon...can anyone offer me some tips, counsel, and or guidance??!! An the e-brake shoes??
Thanks so much.....at 177K I have sank enough into it and I will be taking over wifey's V0 soon, so cheap-0 fixes from here on....

Sully, I just did this. I'ts pretty easy. Pull of the caliper and the rotor. Then you'll see the shoes. Make sure you pay attention how the fastner works where it attatches (cable end) to the shoes. You might have to lift up your center console and relax the tension on the cable a bit. This is part of installing the new shoes. Fairly straightforward, man.
