Allmost new 142 140-160

I have been working off and on for 9 years on a 1971 142. I went all througt it new bushings, paint, front and back IPD sway bars, brakes, Short shifter, new interior @ETC. This last week I drove it a Few miles and most every thing works!I now have it licened and inspected with a front end alighment.
I still have several things to finish. The over drive needs to be hooked up The trunk needs a carpet and smothing over the gas tank Gas guage does not work and so on and on.Today I installed a new set of seat belts. They were on line for around $85.00. The old ones were quite ratty. This is not a bolt in replacement.took about 3hrs for the first one and 1hr for the second one. No directions, bolts to long had to cut the mounting tab and redrill the housing that holds the reel. When I finished they work good.
